Description
This is a handmade 18-inch strand of round amazonite.
The beads are a soft, opaque blue-green. Some are even in color. Others show natural tan, gold, or brown matrix running through the stone. That mix is typical of good amazonite and is what keeps the necklace from looking dyed or flat.
Small faceted Australian crystals are set between the amazonite. They are lighter in color and cut to sparkle, so the strand has movement instead of reading as one solid line of beads.
The necklace closes with a gold hook-and-ring clasp.
At 18 inches it sits at the base of the neck as a collar. Everyday enough for a white shirt. Finished enough to wear as the piece.
