NB Jewelry Boutique Return Policy

At NB Jewelry Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

  2. Eligible Items:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) included.

    • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.

    • Items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact us at hello@nbjewelryboutique.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Package the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase and the RA number.

    • Ship the item to 3600 Dallas hwy Ste 230 PMB 311, Marietta GA 30064, using a trackable shipping method. NB Jewelry Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

    • Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • A restocking fee of 20% may apply to non-defective returns.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  7. Gift Returns:

    • Gifted items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

  8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards, cleaning products, or items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.
